Best Tactical Backpack Accessories for 2026
A tactical backpack is only as good as what you put on it. Whether you're running a range bag, a bug-out bag, or an everyday carry pack, the right accessories make your kit more functional, more personal, and more you.
Here are the best tactical backpack accessories for 2026 — all available at BuckUp Tactical.
1. Morale Patches
The #1 way to personalize any tactical backpack. Most tactical packs have a loop panel on the front pocket specifically for morale patches. Swap them out anytime — no tools, no sewing.
Popular picks for backpacks:
- Funny morale patches — show your personality at the range
- American flag patches — standard, reverse, subdued, and blackout
- Blood type patches — practical and potentially life-saving
- Military & unit patches — represent your service or unit

2. Tactical Air Fresheners
Keep your range bag or pack smelling fresh after a long day at the range. BuckUp Tactical air fresheners are designed for tactical gear — durable, long-lasting, and built with the same attitude as our patches.

3. Tactical Croc Charms (Jibbitz)
A newer addition to the tactical accessories world — morale-themed Croc charms are blowing up in the military and law enforcement community. Clip them to your pack's zipper pulls or MOLLE webbing for a unique touch.

4. Patch Panels & Loop Panels
If your pack doesn't have a built-in loop panel, you can add one with an adhesive or MOLLE-compatible loop panel. This lets you run morale patches on any bag.
5. Carabiners & Zipper Pulls
Small but useful — tactical carabiners and custom zipper pulls add function and flair to any pack.
Build the Perfect Tactical Kit
The best tactical backpack setups combine function with personality. Start with a solid patch loadout, add an air freshener to keep things fresh, and customize your zipper pulls and panels to make it yours.
